This course is for those who want to become an interior designer before investing in a two or four-year interior design program. By comprehending the complete interior design process, you will be on your way to becoming an interior designer. This will allow you to make an informed decision whether or not you want to pursue full-time studies.
Students will acquire the foundational skills necessary to work as an interior designer. In this course, you will learn how to create a professional vision board, plan to scale, construction drawings, specifications, millwork, colours, and finishes. You will learn how to supervise the project, beginning with your first client meeting through to overseeing the project to its realization.

Program
Consultation
The customer and designer meet to talk about the project’s objectives, budget, style, and scope.
Drafting skills
Using architectural tools, planning to scale, hand sketching, conceptual thinking, and an understanding of conventional graphics.
Design development
concept, design, furniture arrangement, lighting choices, and finishes. Presentation and shopping.
Specifications
An Excel spreadsheet including comprehensive product specifications and item costs.
Tendering
Opportunities for public contracts. encourage rival bids for particular products, services, and transactions. Evaluations and analyses.
Project management,
Fees and contract, purchasing, lead time and scheduling, and site meeting report.
